The Peoples’ Store

 As things started getting obviously consolidated, ie., when shopping years ago with my wife, i would always joke/mutter ... its “the peoples’ market”... Just like in ye ol’ Soviet Union... u got one choice of store, one choice of bread, one choice of milk, beans, etc. Well, like a train with no breaks careening down an ever steepening decline....
