The whole earth is full of His glory, says Isaiah. All of this--the creation, creatures, joy, suffering, the advent of evil, the beauty, the fall, redemption, the Divine plan . . . EVERYTHING redounds to and is for THE GLORY OF GOD!
I believe only the Holy Spirit can reveal this to a seeker, a genuine spiritual pilgrim. . . .
The darkened, self-centered mortal mind alone is incapable, unless enlightened by The Truth, to recognize and appropriate that ALL is for THE GLORY OF GOD.
The existence and effect of evil, suffering, the adversary . . . confounds the temporally-minded soul.
On my own spiritual travel the mighty seed of understanding began/begins with this: The fact that ANYTHING, let alone a God--THE GOD OF ALL--exists in the first place!
Years ago in deep and ongoing contemplation, seeking for meaning, the purpose of life etc., tracing everything back to origins . . . it simply astounded me that ANYTHING--let alone ANY ONE should exist at all.
Then to find out that a Being who has complete aseity is the prime mover of all subsequence, and that that Being is love . . . well, it astounded/astounds me to my core. AND THAT realization, recognition, for me at least, inevitably leads to a profound sense of awe and humility, which combines with assessing THE GLORY of said Being! I can easily imagine then all of the angels, hosts of heaven likewise, in His presence being eternally overcome with pure awe and passionate, worshipful reaction!
And that this God, Who has a name, wants to share His glory . . . Who wants to have a family and (albeit created) others to dwell with forever . . . well, ALL GLORY TO GOD!
The I AM THAT/WHO I AM says it all in one concise statement.
It amazes and shocks me to this day, that HE IS!
And His glory blazes and is endless, creative, personal, familial, omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient!
For me, it begins with this initial, utter, foundational awareness and acknowledgment. From there, it is near immediate to apprehend, feel and long for His Glory! HE IS THAT HE IS! There is no other God but He! AND, the mystery only deepens and allures that He is One God composed of three Persons!
I have no reticence in imagining and looking for and imbibing in this Holy Originator. It is a small step to then comprehend that all returns to His glory, THE GLORY OF GOD!
