Something that ought not be forgotten, every day, in prayer and with whatever support available if able, is the Spirit-led consideration of the suffering--especially (as one in and of the Body Of Christ) fellow Believers. Followers of The Way--of The Messiah, GOD--are persecuted from one corner to another in this sin-riddled and God-hating world.
Christians in China, in Nigeria, Somalia . . . well, and in EVERY country are persecuted to varying degrees. For some, ie., the aforementioned it is very visceral, brutal and relevant. Our Christian brothers and sisters in those areas are so brave, so self-sacrificial, bold, carrying the torch of Light--a beloved example of genuine martyrs . . . in 2025~! GOD BLESS THEM ALL and THEY HAVE THEIR REWARD IN HEAVEN!!! Once saved, saved! BUT, on top of that, The Lord also issues crowns of glory, extra rewards for "works", self-sacrifices for "His Name's sake".
RIGHT NOW, many, MANY Believers are being tormented, persecuted, killed, tortured for their belief, confession of faith.
Well, and even in the "softer" persecution regions (for now), (America, UK, Canada, Australia etc., "the West", et al) is insidious and intense! There is blunt physical persecution, yes, all around . . . AND there are spiritual and mental and economic etc., oppressive designs and agendas, subterfuge, in the (so far) "developed world".
SO, I'm always wanting to think of, commiserate, pray for the suffering all around AND (I don't apologize for adding) fellow THE BELIEVERS IN CHRIST, OUR LORD, SAVIOUR, GOD!
GOD BLESSES YOU WITH BREATH AND LIFE AND SO MUCH! He is gracious with His tarrying!
